Cheap supplies for wedding
Monday, April 20th, 2009I knew there were a lot of wedding supplies needed when planning a wedding and reception, but I never realized just how much. Now I know why the girls at work told me to start wedding shopping asap. I was more concerned with the dresses, tuxedos and wedding party attire, I never realized that would be the easy part. There was a lot more to do than I thought there was. First of all I had to get out the invitations for our western themed ceremony and reception party. Then I went down the list of wedding party supplies I had written out, and crossed them off as I bought them. The first thing I had written down was my country themed decorations for the reception. First I checked online, through the suggestion of a friend, before starting a store to store search for everything. It worked out better than I thought it would, there were quite a few selections to choose from.
There were a lot of decorations for all sorts of themed weddings as well as my country themed accessories, right there online. Our tables looked so fantastic with the cute little place card holders I picked out. What better place card holders to have at a wedding reception cookout than little barbecue grills?
For our centerpieces I took metal campfire cups and filled them with wildflowers and placed western garland around them. Included in the wedding reception supplies were fantastic supplies for wedding for all our friends and family. In the wedding accessories selection were some super cowboys hats for the bride and groom that I ordered. I ordered the lovely western champagne flutes for the wedding toast that they had, too. I also had them hang white christmas lights all around the reception area and scatter a few old western type lanterns here and there. Our wedding table was pretty cool too, with our gorgeous wedding cake and it’s western themed cake topper. There was so much to choose from for our wedding tables and reception décor that made this a fantastic western wedding. I found everything from my wedding album to my serving set, including, little cowboy hats for our tables and a gorgeous wedding guest book and pen set in a uniquely styled western theme. I got everything for my western themed wedding and reception accessories by browsing the web, and it was all so easy to do.
There were some items I did have to pick up at a store, like bales of hay, a couple of big grills, and a few odds and ends to help the theme along. Well, I guess I should say, my fiance and his friend did that shopping. They also built a dance floor that we could all enjoy. Along with the super cool floor to dance on and a country band that sounded great, we had all kinds of fantastic food to eat. They grilled chicken, steaks ribs and more, and the buffet table was filled with all kinds of salads. We all had a lot of fun.
I got a lot of compliments on our western décor idea, from some of our guests. I’m so glad I went online searching for wedding accessories and decoration ideas. The best part was how easy and convenient it was, all I had to do was choose the accessories, order them and wait for them to be delivered right to my door. I had no time to go from store to store looking for all the accessories I needed, this way was so much better. What was really a big help was the fact that I was able to find a lot of discount wedding supplies from their great selection. If you’re planning a wedding and reception, then I advise you to check out what there is to offer online
