   The is no limit to the number of supplies and accessories you can get for your wedding, and many of them are wonderful. There is even an abundance of suggestions for all types of weddings these days too, from themed seasonal to fairytale, and ethnic to a country hoedown style. Today, there really are no limits to what you can do for your wedding day. Brides and grooms have lots of options for their special day. Destination weddings and honeymoons are quite popular. I also bought the reception supplies and decorations online and all I had to do was sit and wait for delivery. Talk about saving from aggravation – and saving money, too, actually, since I got some great deals. Our wedding cake topper was a unique custom made topper that had the bride and groom figurines look exactly like us. This was the perfect topper for our wedding and it makes the best keepsake of all. We picked out crystal-handled cake serving utensils that had the bride and groom engraved in them, and they went spendidly with our champagne flutes that had a similar look to them. We picked out champagne glass wedding favors as an added thank you for our family and good friends.  For all of the gentlemen who were at our wedding, we bought shot glass wedding favors, and for all of our lady wedding guests, we bought crystal wedding favors. There was a keychain with a small crystal container on it for perfume that served as the womens’ gifts; that would always have an extra supply of perfume handy to keep them smelling nice.    What better way to say how much you love each other than to plan a beautiful wedding in the month of February, the month of love? Putting the symbol of love all around our wedding day struck me as a wonderful way to celebrate marriage. The first thing I bought was a gorgeous bridal tiara that I picked out over the Internet. There were many wonderful decorations and supplies to choose from, such as the gorgeous accessories I bought. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. The only thing I really had to do was write in the information, like the place and the date, and the rest was already filled out in beautiful calligraphy when we got them.            
   There were so many online suggestions for decorating the church and reception for a hearts wedding. There were gorgeous little hearts to hang at the end of the pews and lovely tulle fabric to drape from each row of pew to the next. There were also beautifully designed unity and taper candles to choose from for the altar. They have everything from the invitations I chose to the gorgeous wedding favor heart gifts we gave to our friends and family as thank you gifts. When I saw these little heart favors I knew our guests would really like them. They were truly exquisite.  As a flower girl basket, I decided to go with a gorgeous white satin with lovely lace and satin bows on each side. The rings also had a white satin ribbon on them, with a white pillow that had a gold double hearts wedding insignia on it for our ring bearer. I had a mini tiara for the flower girl to wear in her hair that looked very much like the one I ordered for myself. With her lovely pink flower girl skirt and her crown, I felt that she could have passed for a princess, especially when she did such a graceful job in the wedding. With his tiny tuxedo and red boutonniere, the ring bearer boy did as good of a job and he looked just as adorable. He did his job of taking care of the rings marvelously, and he was in perfect harmony with the rest of the wedding ceremony. They both made me very proud.
  The tables that our reception each had a floral arrangement of pink, red, and white roses with small hearts mixed in with them in the center of the table. On each of the reception tables were little two hearts wedding candles to set the romantic mood of the theme I had chosen, and at each setting was the nicest wedding favor heart I could find. The wedding favors we got our guests should be a terrific souvenir from our wedding; they had handles in the shape of a heart attached to tiny silver bells.  There were frosting hearts all around the bottom layer of our wedding cake, and each layer was decked out in pink and red roses all around. Our hearts wedding cake had a white porcelain topper on it that complimented the rest of our cake décor beautifully.
  The hearts and flowers that saturated our wedding made it the very definition of what a love-filled, Valentine’s Day wedding should be. I feel fortunate that I was able to use the Internet to the extent that I did because it made everything much more efficient.

I decided to go on the net and see if there were any glowing keychain favors; prior to that, I’d always considered them to be a rather quaint gift. And they are inexpensive, but some are quite well designed. Honestly I had never thought about shower keychain favors until I got a look at some of the glowing ideas they had for them. They had keychains for themed weddings, like storybook themes, Las Vegas themes and beach themed keychains too. My favorite and the one we chose for our guests were the key chain party favors with a neat little measuring tape attached. Talk about being useful. We found an eye-catching cake topper to go with the magnificent wedding cake we’d picked out. It was a beautiful monogrammed cake topper with our initials in brushed silver with little sparkling crystals to add that certain elegance to an already perfect topper. The exquisite cake server set we picked out had handles that were made to like clothing for the bride and groom on their wedding day. Our wedding table was very elegant with all the lovely shiny crystal champagne flutes and wine glasses and our reception tables were exquisite too. The place card holders I got off the Internet matched perfectly with the fine china and champagne flutes. The place card holders had a rather novel look to them. The holders were basically small vases that held daisies, and then one of the petals had a slot that held the place card.
The splendid food and salad choices and desserts that our caterers put together for us left us blown away. We got some really top-notch musicians to play at our banquet hall for the reception. My man knows some people, and he managed to bring in about the most talented group in our locale. They knew any song that anyone asked for, and they knew it well. The band made our first dance as husband and wife a very memorable moment indeed. One attendee at our wedding walked up and offered them a good chunk of change to come and play in about a month at his son’s engagement party.
It really, truly was the most perfect wedding and the most perfect reception that I could have ever imagined. I’ve got lots of terrific photos that our photographer shot for us and a video of the ceremony and our first dance. The two memory books I got will be more than filled up with all of the pictures we took that day. I also bought a table top album to have on display in our living room. The frame on it is a silvery metal, and it has a pair of darling little hearts on it that just look exquisite. Oh, and then I got a photo album for our honeymoon pictures as well, since I knew that Cancun would have plenty of opportunites for taking great photos. So, when it came to photos, we were all set.
Taking my vows with my husband in front of all of our loved ones is something that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I will hang on to the many pictures and souvenirs that I have from our wedding day, forever. The honeymoon wasn’t too shabby either.

I like to work out hard, and if the pros are many and the cons are few, and if it’s totally natural, I’ll look seriously into taking something to help me improve my work-out results. The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. I have to admit it was a beautiful ceremony and the bride was simply stunning.
Flowers and hearts abounded at the reception dinner. White roses, and some red ones, were placed in the middle of each table, and the place cards were put in holders designed around a silver hearts wedding. The tables all looked elegant with the sparkling champagne flutes and the lovely wine glasses. The bride arranged the tables beautifully. The champagne flutes were long stemmed crystal and the wine glasses were personalized with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
They had a little magnificent hearts wedding cake with five layers of heavenly confection. The cake was a dream for both the eyes and the stomach. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She found it online at the same place she got the rest of the items she needed for her ceremony and reception. She took some pictures of her groom and herself, and from that, they put together a cake topper that could have been their twins. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
We had a fantastic silver hearts wedding, in fact they gave us two thank you gifts. One gift was an adorable votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. It struck me as a neat pair of gifts to give everyone. Actually they had a lot of cute ideas for the ceremony and reception. I know hearts are the a perfect choice for a Valentines Day wedding, but I was impressed with all the gorgeous decorations and accessories she found for everything. In my opinion, the wedding cake topper took the cake, so to speak. It would be great if they did that for birthdays and other ocassions too. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. It was a truly unforgettable evening, and the whole wedding was what every woman dreams of. The week they’re spending in Mexico is going even better for them than the wedding did, I’m sure. I can’t wait until they return and I can see all the pictures she took, listen to all the stories of the fabulous places they saw and things they did. From the brochures she showed me, it’s looks magnificent.

When I picked the theme for the baby shower, I couldn’t help but think of Ernie on Sesame Street and his favorite bathtub song of ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One.’ It seemed like a longshot, but I checked to see if there were any baby shower duck favors available anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lot simpler to put together such a baby shower than I anticipated it would be, especially with all of the outstanding input I gleaned from suring the Internet. You can can a ton of different duck favors online, not just for showers but for birthday parties for younger kids as well.
I put tables that could seat four apiece in my basement rec room since that was plenty big enough for this size crowd. I got a yellow ducky cake with a couple of layers, the bottom one of which said baby girl in red frosting, and then I put that next to plates, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and other deserts; on a table on the other side of the room, I put all of the baby shower presents. There were posters of Donald and Daisy Duck, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and the rest of the Disney cast all over the place, and the Daisy Duck one was huge.
At each table were little pink picture frames that I used as place card holders and each frame came with a baby duck in the corner. There were duck favor candles at each table too and on the buffet table were paper plates, cups and napkins all with little baby ducks on them and even the punch bowl was unique. I set the punch bowl, which was made of glass, inside of a bathtub for a baby that was made to look like a duck; the tub was just something I picked up at a nearby store. It looked pretty adorable. I also bought duck molds and filled them with yellow colored water for duck shaped ice cubes. I went all out on this duck themed shower.
On the world wide web, I found a bunch of great ideas, and that’s pretty much where I found everything I needed, but I did get a few recommendations from some of the people at my school. I got a fantastic duck shower favor that was a candle holder, and some duck shower favors that were rubber ducky bookmarks. The people at the shower thought they were to die for, and they got handed out to the winners of the games we did at the shower as well.
I put some rubber duckies in a large, square-shaped, makeshift tub that I filled with water before anyone got to the shower yet. Underneath every rubber duck, I wrote a number, and the each guest plucked one out of the water as they arrived. Later on I drew a number out of a fish bowl and the person with that number won a prize. We had a lot of fun with the guess the baby picture game, too. I hung a baby photo of every guest who brought their baby picture along on a bulletin board. All of the people at the shower got a good look at all of the pictures on the board, and then they sat down and attempted to guess who was in what picture. The duck baby shower favor went to the one who guessed accurately on the most pictures.
Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the new mommy picked up quite a pile of wonderul presents for her baby girl. I’m very happy with the amount of help I got from going on the Internet. I pulled off one heck of a baby shower, even though it seemed pretty far-fetched at first. Going with the whole duck genre worked out swimmingly.

I think the hardest part of planning a wedding is deciding on thank you gifts for your friends and family. Even for the country western themed ceremony and reception I’m planning, I have run across great possibilities for ceramic favors for our guests. There were ceramic wedding gifts like candle holders, awesome tea lights, vases and more. Since I consider shopping for the wedding favors as the most difficult part of the planning, plus trying to decide from such a wide variety, I decided that it was the last thing I put on my list of things to do.
So, I decided to start with the decorations for my reception tables first. Since this was a country western motif, all my tables were picnic tables with checked tablecloths and a little metal bucket full of daisies was the centerpieces. I bought adorable little barbecue grills as place card holders, which I let all the guests keep after the reception. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. To have the feel of the old west, we added little miniature cowboy hats for everyone’s place setting and set out cowboy boot shaped glasses for them to drink from. As ceramic wedding favors, I chose the pretty ceramic honey pots with heart shaped handles instead of the tea caddies for our friends and family. They were the perfect choice for our country western reception and they looked so cute. Although, I almost went with ceramic wedding candle holders, which were really awesome. Not only did our reception tables look like an authentic down home celebration, but all the rest of the accessories we had for our reception was perfect too.
We brought in haystacks and scattered them around the area, and hung up white lights that twinkled, all through the trees. A cowgirl with her rope tied to her grooms rope to have him hauled off to the preacher was the wedding cake topper we chose. We all had a good laugh from our whimsical cake topper. There were lots of laughter at our reception, we all dance, and partied our little hearts out and had such a super time. The kids really had a great time on the hayride we had all fixed up for everyone, and that had to be one of the best times ever.
Our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and all the people that cared enough to be in our wedding party received nice little gifts from us too. All the bridesmaids got fantastic little ceramic wedding gifts, and the guys got these awesome cowboy steins as wedding thank you gifts. We bought a flower girl tee shirt and a ring bearer tee shirt for the adorable kids in the wedding. Everyone seemed to be happy with the thank you gifts we chose for them.
I also bought a few extras for myself, like a sharp little western themed guestbook and pen, picture album and I even ordered a cowboy hat for me and my husband that said bride and groom on them. I was hoping a country western wedding and reception would be cool, but I never thought it could have been so fantastic and that everyone would have such a wonderful time.
